What are your products made of?
Our products are made from certified organic ingredients and are free from: petroleum, parabens, synthetic fragrances and ingredients, endocrine disruptors, dyes, alcohol, solvents, and pesticides. We use authentic, organic or wild-crafted essential oils grown and distilled from around the world. We are not associated with any multi-level marketing essential oil companies.
What is your return policy for your products?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus original shipping fees. Contact hello@1912aromatherapy.com before returning an order for further instructions. After 14 days, or if the product has been opened, products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full credit. After 30 days all sales are final.
How long do I have access to an online retreat?
Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the retreat material for the entire season. All the yoga nidra meditation recordings and handouts can be downloaded.
What if I decide the online retreat or meditation is not a fit after I purchase it?
Please note that due to their digital nature, all online retreats & meditations are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your online retreat or meditation(s) purchase, please email us at hello@1912aromatherapy.com so that we can address your concern.
How much time do the online retreats take?
It is really up to you. Remember this is a retreat, so it's important to go at your own pace. You have the entire season to sink into the rituals and you can listen to the yoga nidra meditations again and again.
I can’t attend the live rest circle. Can I still register for the rest circle?
Yes, absolutely! You will receive access to the recorded meditation and a private online space for seven days after the rest circle.
I am undergoing medical or psychological treatment. Is an online retreat or rest circle right for me?
The 1912 Aromatherapy online retreats and the practice of yoga nidra are not a psychological or medical service and does not replace any needed therapies or medications. By signing up for our online retreats, you understand you participate at your own risk. If you are unsure, please consult a medical professional.
