This luxurious soak includes enriching coconut milk, ancient sea salt, calming Epsom salt, and a blend of nourishing oils and fragrant flowers.

Ingredients
Epsom salt, coconut milk powder, Himalayan Pink Salt, organic jojoba oil (Simmondsia chinensis) infused with lavender, Rosa damascena, Lavandula angustifolia, Calendula officinalis, organic Pelargonium roseum essential oil
Moon Milk Bathing Ritual
Draw yourself a warm bath.
Put half of the bath salts in the cotton bag and place in the bath.
Light a few candles in your bathroom and turn off the overhead lights.
You may even want to put some beautiful objects around your bathtub – like crystals or a vase of flowers or other natural objects that have meaning to you.
Gently squeeze the cotton bag and swish the water around to disperse the milk bath.
Leave the cotton bag in the tub to infuse the water fully.
Sink into the bath water & simply be.
Notice the feeling of the warm water, the scent of the bath salts, the sensation of the water on your skin.
